02About the Role
India is home to over two million temples, each with distinct traditions, hereditary priests, and administrative boards. Building partnerships with temple trusts requires rare humility, linguistic fluency, patience, and impeccable respect for traditional protocols. As a Temple Partnership Specialist, you will meet temple management boards, explain SattvaLok's respectful technology solutions (digital archives, puja facilitation, darshan streaming, and seva transparency), and guide them through seamless partnership integration.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Identify and engage prominent and heritage temples across your regional geographic cluster.
- →Conduct in-person presentations to temple trustees, mutt administrators, and head archakas.
- →Address concerns regarding tradition, privacy, and ritual sanctity with authoritative knowledge.
- →Negotiate formal temple partnership agreements and seva facilitation MoUs.
- →Coordinate with local camera and internet technicians to set up streaming infrastructure.
- →Maintain ongoing rapport with temple leaders to ensure high devotee satisfaction and operational harmony.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓3+ years of experience working with temple trusts, religious endowments, or cultural institutions.
- ✓Flawless regional language fluency (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, or Bengali) alongside Hindi/English.
- ✓Profound reverence for temple Agamas, traditional customs, and traditional attire etiquette.
- ✓Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and consensus-building capabilities.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ★Existing contacts with state devaswom boards, trust administrators, or traditional mutts.
- ★Knowledge of temple administration regulations and trust bylaws.
- ★Willingness to undertake regional field visits to temple towns.
