02About the Role
As SattvaLok expands its reach across physical temple collaborations, pilgrimage facilitation, media production, and digital platforms, operational excellence becomes our foundation. As an Operations Consultant, you will evaluate and optimize operational workflows, vendor management protocols, and fulfillment pipelines. You will eliminate bottlenecks, implement automation, and design robust operating frameworks that ensure reliable, scalable service execution.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Conduct in-depth operational audits across temple logistics, content publishing pipelines, and member services.
- →Design, formalize, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
