02About the Role
SattvaLok convenes global seekers through regular virtual masterclasses, traditional festival discourses, scripture recitations, and sacred temple site tours. As an Event Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end event logistics for both digital live streams and in-person cultural gatherings. You will coordinate with spiritual speakers, Vedic scholars, sound engineers, venue managers, and attendees to create impeccably organized, spiritually resonant experiences.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for virtual events, Zoom webinars, live Satsangs, and YouTube premieres.
- →Coordinate with invited scholars, swamis, and cultural speakers regarding schedules, tech checks, and presentation assets.
- →Manage on-site logistics for physical cultural events, temple tours, and heritage seminars (venues, seating, sound, prasadam).
- →Collaborate with creative and growth teams to prepare promotional collateral, registration landing pages, and email reminders.
- →Oversee live event moderation, attendee Q&A curation, and post-event recordings distribution.
- →Gather attendee feedback and prepare comprehensive event performance summaries.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓2+ years of experience in event planning, digital webinar production, or cultural conference coordination.
- ✓Proficiency with event platforms (Zoom Webinar, StreamYard, Eventbrite, Luma) and ticketing setups.
- ✓Outstanding project management, vendor negotiation, and organizational skills.
- ✓Deep cultural awareness, grace, and respectful etiquette when interacting with spiritual luminaries and scholars.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ★Prior experience organizing classical music festivals, temple utsavams, or spiritual retreats.
- ★Basic audio-visual troubleshooting skills for live streaming and microphone setups.
