Whether a devotee seeks a customized multi-day Char Dham yatra for elderly parents, a family needs an authentic Griha Pravesha puja arrangement, or an organization books a private Jyotish workshop, our Sales Consultants provide empathetic, transparent, and prompt guidance. You will guide high-intent inbound leads through service details, transparent pricing, and booking confirmation with grace and professionalism.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Manage and convert high-intent inbound inquiries across pilgrimage bookings, puja services, and astrology packages.
- →Conduct consultative telephone and video calls to understand client requirements and recommend ideal offerings.
- →Provide transparent pricing quotes, itinerary options, and booking confirmations without hidden fees.
- →Follow up promptly with clients via WhatsApp, phone, and email to assist with scheduling questions.
- →Coordinate with fulfillment teams (priests, yatra coordinators) to ensure seamless delivery of booked services.
- →Maintain disciplined pipeline records in our CRM, tracking conversion rates and customer feedback.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓2+ years of successful experience in consultative inside sales, premium customer advisory, or travel/wellness bookings.
- ✓Warm, empathetic, and polite verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- ✓Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand spiritual and familial priorities.
- ✓Disciplined follow-up ethic and comfort with CRM workflows.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ★Fluency in regional languages (Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Bengali) is a strong advantage.
- ★Prior experience in premium travel sales, spiritual services, or high-touch hospitality.
- ★Familiarity with sacred pilgrimage geography and Hindu ritual basics.
