02About the Role
Short-form video is the primary visual language of the global youth. At SattvaLok, we refuse to let ancient wisdom be overshadowed by mindless dance trends. As our Reels Creator, you will craft bite-sized, high-retention 30–90 second videos that distill profound scriptural insights, temple mysteries, Sanskrit pronunciation guides, and festive rituals into aesthetic, shareable micro-stories. Your content will stop the scroll and nourish the soul.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Conceptualize, script, edit, and publish 4–7 high-retention Reels/Shorts per week.
- →Pair compelling visual B-roll with trending cultural audio, original voiceovers, and crisp kinetic typography.
- →Identify emerging cultural moments, festival cycles, and trending discussions across Indian social media.
- →Ensure all facts, shlokas, and iconography are verified with our internal research team.
- →Analyze retention graphs, watch time, and shares to continuously elevate production quality.
- →Collaborate with on-camera hosts and voice artists for collaborative reel drops.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓Demonstrated track record of creating high-view, high-engagement short-form videos (Reels or Shorts portfolio required).
- ✓Mastery of mobile editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot) or desktop NLEs.
- ✓Sharp instinct for visual hooks in the first 3 seconds, kinetic subtitle animations, and emotional resonance.
- ✓Passionate interest in Indian traditions, temple aesthetics, and philosophy.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ★Experience with clean voiceover recording and audio leveling.
- ★Basic understanding of Instagram algorithm dynamics and trending audio selection.
- ★Ability to appear on camera as a presenter when required.
