02About the Role
A new generation of digital creators, historians, podcasters, and artists is revitalizing interest in Indian heritage. As our Creator Partnership Specialist, you will manage our relationships with the digital creator ecosystem. You will scout aligned voices, structure sponsorship and co-production agreements, manage creative briefs, and ensure our collaborative campaigns feel organic, intellectually substantive, and inspiring.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Identify, vet, and recruit high-integrity creators, YouTubers, podcasters, and authors in the cultural and spiritual space.
- →Negotiate sponsorship, co-branding, and content collaboration contracts.
- →Provide creators with verified research dossiers, creative briefs, and platform assets.
- →Coordinate campaign release schedules and track performance metrics (views, clicks, conversions, brand sentiment).
- →Organize creator meetups, live panel broadcasts, and collaborative digital festivals.
- →Build long-term ambassador relationships with trusted cultural figures.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓2+ years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, or talent management.
- ✓Familiarity with creator contracts, usage rights, and commercial deliverables.
- ✓Deep awareness of the cultural and spiritual digital ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, X, and podcasts.
- ✓Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and campaign coordination skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ★Existing relationships with popular Indic cultural creators and podcast hosts.
- ★Experience with creator CRM tools and campaign analytics software.
