02About the Role
Community is at the core of SattvaLok. As our Social Media Creator, you will manage our daily digital presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Community. You will craft thoughtful daily posts, quote cards from the Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita, poll questions, and festival explainers that foster a constructive, reverent, and intellectually vibrant community of spiritual seekers.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Draft, schedule, and publish high-quality daily posts, threads, and visual quotes across platform channels.
- →Monitor conversations on Sanatan Dharma, offering respectful, well-researched insights and links to SattvaLok guides.
- →Respond promptly and politely to community questions, comments, and direct messages.
- →Collaborate with graphic designers and video creators to package content for maximum social impact.
- →Track follower growth, impressions, and engagement metrics, generating weekly analytics reports.
- →Organize online community events, quizzes, and festival celebrations.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓1+ years of demonstrated social media management or community building experience.
- ✓Exceptional written communication skills in English and Hindi with an engaging, respectful tone.
- ✓Deep familiarity with Indian culture, scriptures, festivals, and spiritual traditions.
- ✓Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platforms).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- ★Experience writing high-engagement threads on X (Twitter) or LinkedIn.
- ★Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop) for quick social posts.
- ★Understanding of community management in spiritual or educational niches.
