02About the Role

As a Vedic Astrologer at SattvaLok, you will conduct authentic birth chart analyses (Kundali/Horoscope), planetary period evaluations (Dasha analysis), and transit assessments for a discerning global audience. You will provide empathetic, dignified guidance free from fear-mongering or superstitious exploitation, prescribing remedial measures (Upayas) strictly grounded in classical texts such as Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and Phaladeepika.
03Responsibilities & What You'll Do
- →Conduct in-depth natal chart (Janma Kundali), divisional chart (D9 Navamsha, D10 Dashamsha), and planetary transit readings for platform clients.
- →Deliver compassionate, constructive, and ethically responsible guidance that empowers individuals to navigate life choices with dharma and confidence.
- →Calculate and interpret Mahadashas, Antardashas, and Sade Sati periods using verified astrological parameters.
- →Recommend authentic, non-exploitative remedial measures rooted in classical shastras (mantra japa, dana, dhyana, and lifestyle adjustments).
- →Collaborate with our Panchang engineering team to validate chart calculation outputs and algorithmic ephemeris accuracy.
- →Maintain strict client confidentiality, respectful communication, and professional punctuality across all digital consultations.
- →Contribute seasonal insights, planetary transit overviews (Gochar), and educational articles for SattvaLok's knowledge portal.
04Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- ✓5+ years of demonstrated practice in Vedic Astrology (Parashari, Jaimini, or KP systems).
- ✓Formal training or traditional parampara mentorship (Jyotish Praveena, Jyotish Visharada, or equivalent gurukula/institutional credentials).
- ✓Profound mastery of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Jaimini Sutras, Phaladeepika, or Saravali.
- ✓Flawless and empathetic communication skills in English and/or Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- ✓Commitment to ethical astrological counseling, eliminating superstition, fear-inducing remedies, or commercial upselling.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
